What data we collect

When you fill out the contact form, we collect your name, company, email, phone number, inquiry topic and message. The site also uses analytics tools that collect aggregated browsing data, such as pages visited and device type.

How we use it

We use your data only to answer your inquiry, schedule meetings and, where appropriate, send you a commercial proposal. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for commercial purposes.

Third-party services

To run the site we use providers that may process data on our behalf: Microsoft Azure (hosting), SendGrid (delivery of form messages), Google reCAPTCHA (spam prevention), Google Analytics (usage statistics), Microsoft Bookings (meeting scheduling) and WhatsApp (messaging). Each has its own privacy policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and the business relationship, or as required by applicable law.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction, update or deletion of your data by writing to info@knosys.com.ar.

Data subjects have the right to access their personal data free of charge at intervals of no less than six months, unless a legitimate interest is demonstrated, as set forth in section 14, subsection 3 of Argentine Law No. 25,326. The Agency for Access to Public Information (Agencia de Acceso a la Información Pública), as the supervisory authority under Law No. 25,326, is empowered to handle complaints and claims filed by anyone whose rights are affected by non-compliance with personal data protection regulations.
